KIERRAHAIRCO Shipping Policy

READY TO SHIP WIGS HAVE A PROCESSING PERIOD OF 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED. THIS PERIOD IS TO PROCESS THE PAYMENT!! 

OFFLINE PAYMENTS ⬇️

Yes, you can skip the processing period by making an offline payment through ZELLE. Offline payments are only valid for ready to ship wig units. If you make an offline payment your order will be shipped the next business day. Shipping is also free for offline payments.

Once your order is shipped shipping will be 3-5 business days by Fedex, or 2-3 business days DHL. If you place an order on FRIDAY, your order will start the processing period that MONDAY.

Other orders are pre-ordered meaning the wig will have to be constructed by our factory before it is shipped out. Processing for regular orders are listed in each product description. Our shipping period for regular orders remains the same 3-5 business days by Fedex, or 2-3 business days by DHL.

Please understand that all hair orders are shipped from our FACTORY. Kierrahairco does drop shipping for all hair orders.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE DO NOT CONTROL SHIPPING. YES THERE CAN BE SHIPPING DELAYS. ORDER IN ADVANCE TO AVOID ANY SHIPPING DELAYS.

IN ANY EVENT THAT YOUR ORDER IS MISPLACED OR DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS WE WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!!! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TYPE YOUR ADDRESS CORRECTLY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER, DO NOT FORGET YOUR APARTMENT NUMBERS ETC. ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL OVER THE PACKAGE AND YOU WOULD HAVE TO REACH OUT TO OUR SHIPPING PARTNERS (Fedex or DHL)


KIERRAHAIRCO Refund & Exchange Policy
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. It is against the law to refund hair extensions due to health protection and hygiene reasons. Even if you have not installed the hair and it is completely untouched we do NOT accept refunds, please understand this before ordering.

IN THE EVENT THAT THE CUSTOMER ACCIDENTALLY PLACES AN ORDER, FORGETS TO DO SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS, OR NEEDS TO CANCEL THE ORDER FOR ANY REASON BE SURE TO REACH OUT IMMEDIATELY SO WE CAN ISSUE YOU A CANCELLATION. PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE REFUND TRANSACTION FEE'S THAT RANGES FROM $20-$40 DEPENDING ON THE ORDER TOTAL. 

 

KIERRAHAIRCO FRAUD POLICY 

PLEASE UNDERSTAND: if you order comes through as fraudulent on our end WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO NOT FUFILL YOUR ORDER!! you may be asked to verify your order by submitting a VALID ID or DRIVERS LICENSE. Failure to submit a valid drivers license or ID will result in a CANCELLATION. Most times fraudulent orders are AUTOMATICALLY cancelled by our FRAUD FILTER. Please note cancelled orders are subject to transaction fees. If you are refunded after your purchase that means it was marked as FRAUDULENT, please reach out to us if your order is refunded and you still would like to shop with KHC.

 

KIERRAHAIRCO DISPUTE POLICY

Here at Kierrahairco we have zero tolerance for disputes. In the event that the customer disputes you will be posted on our public instagram page until all funds are returned. Failure to return ALL funds will result in legal action. 

 

KIERRAHAIRCO PICKUP POLICY 

all customers who are looking to pickup should shop in our “READY FOR PICKUP” section online. after purchasing customers are contacted to arrange a pickup time and date. when placing a pickup order, the customer has agreed to pickup. If any disputes are made for our “READY FOR PICKUP” units legal action will be taken immediately.

 

ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR PURCHASE YOU HAVE AGREED TO ALL KIERRAHAIRCO LLC POLICIES.
