To preserve the integrity, softness, and longevity of your luxury hair extensions, proper care and maintenance are essential. Please follow the care guidelines below to ensure the best possible experience with your unit or bundles.

• Prior to installation, all wig units and bundles should be thoroughly co-washed and deep conditioned. This prepares the hair for styling while restoring moisture and enhancing its natural luster. During the washing process, always cleanse the hair in a gentle downward motion to minimize tangling and preserve the cuticle alignment. We highly recommend using cool to cold water, as it helps seal the cuticles and lock in moisture for a smoother, more radiant finish. After co-washing, allow the hair to air dry completely for 24–72 hours. Avoid excessive heat during the drying process to maintain the quality and longevity of the hair.

• Once installed, protecting your hair at night is extremely important. Always sleep with a silk or satin bonnet and silk scarf to reduce friction, maintain moisture, and minimize frizz. For added protection, especially for those who may forget to wrap their hair nightly, we strongly recommend sleeping on a silk pillowcase. Unlike cotton, silk is far less abrasive and does not strip moisture from the hair, helping your extensions remain soft, smooth, and luxurious.

• When styling our Straight or Body Wave textures, we recommend keeping heat tools at or below 450°F. Please remember that our extensions are made from premium human hair and should be treated with the same level of care as your natural hair. Excessive heat or improper styling techniques may compromise the hair’s integrity over time.

• Curly textures naturally require a higher level of maintenance to preserve their definition and beauty. To detangle, always use a wide-tooth comb or a high-quality detangling brush. Traditional brushes may create unnecessary tension, leading to frizz, shedding, or disruption of the curl pattern. For best results, gently detangle while the hair is damp and conditioned. At night, curly extensions should be braided or twisted and secured beneath a silk bonnet to help maintain the curl pattern and reduce tangling.
