KIERRAHAIRCO Shipping Policy

ALL ORDERS NOW SHIP OUT THE SAME DAY UNLESS THEY ARE WITHIN OUR PRE-COLORED COLLECTION. Pre-colored collection orders may be subject to a 1-3 day processing period before shipped, please confirm with us via our customer service line before purchasing to make sure the unit you want is in stock

OFFLINE PAYMENTS ⬇️

We have officially switched to only offline payment orders due to the nature of our business - but even better for our customers now all orders ships out the same day which means no more processing period.

Once your order is shipped shipping will be 2-3 business days FEDEX or DHL.

Please understand that all hair orders are shipped from our FACTORY. Kierrahairco does drop shipping for all hair orders.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE DO NOT CONTROL THE SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES. YES THERE CAN BE SHIPPING DELAYS. ORDER IN ADVANCE TO AVOID ANY SHIPPING DELAYS.

IN ANY EVENT THAT YOUR ORDER IS MISPLACED OR DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS WE WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!!! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TYPE YOUR ADDRESS CORRECTLY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER, DO NOT FORGET YOUR APARTMENT NUMBERS ETC. ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL OVER THE PACKAGE AND YOU WOULD HAVE TO REACH OUT TO OUR SHIPPING PARTNERS (Fedex or DHL)

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. It is against the law to refund hair extensions due to health protection and hygiene reasons. Even if you have not installed the hair and it is completely untouched we do NOT accept refunds, please understand this before ordering.

KIERRAHAIRCO DISPUTE POLICY

Here at Kierrahairco we have zero tolerance for disputes. In the event that the customer disputes you will be posted on our public instagram page until all funds are returned. Failure to return ALL funds will result in legal action.
