KIERRAHAIRCO Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped the same day unless stated otherwise in the product description.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.
Please note that adding “Flawless Hair Upgrades” to your unit may extend processing time by an additional 1–2 business days.
OFFLINE PAYMENTS ⬇️
We have transitioned to offline payment methods due to the nature of our business. As a benefit to our customers, all orders now ship the same day—eliminating any processing time unless stated otherwise in the product description.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days via FedEx.
Please note that all hair orders are shipped directly from our factory to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
Please note that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur and are beyond our control. We strongly recommend placing your order in advance to avoid any potential delays.
Additionally, we are not responsible for orders that are misdelivered or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Please carefully review your address, including apartment or unit numbers, before submitting your order.
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier and we no longer have control over its delivery. For any shipping-related concerns, you will need to contact the carrier directly, such as FedEx or DHL.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any hair extensions, including items that have not been installed or used. This policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of quality and sanitation for all of our customers.
